We will not sell you any diets, food program’s, three day detoxes nor make up any cancer survival stories, to sell you anything. We will tell you exactly how it is, as we are a passionate bunch who believe in really good food. Nothing flash, nothing fancy. Just real wholesome food.
Our first step is to show you exactly what goes into everyday foods you buy from the supermarket. We will go through the ingredients list, and sometimes the nutritional panel, and show you what it is and what it means. Please keep in mind that not all foods you find in the supermarket are bad for you. Some you could question, some are highly questionable, and some you could not even call foods at all.
Hopefully we can put you on the right path so you can make better choices for you and your family.
