Houmous Dip

Ingredients
- 3 cups of chickpeas or 2 x 400g tin chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- ⅓ cup of olive oil - extra light
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of sweet paprika garnish
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
- Place cooked chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice in food processor and blend.
- While blending add the olive oil until smooth - add more olive oil if required.
- When combined add to serving dish and serve.
